A Multiple Listing Service, or widely known as MLS, is a private system operated by real estate brokers and agents to collect property listings and gather these homes in one portal. Most of the local listed property listing will be syndicated unto Zillow, RE/MAX, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, and other national real estate sites today.
