Unique custom built 2 story houseboat 3 yrs old with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living area, kitchen with Corian countertops & Kraftmaid cabinets, full size appliances, cypress wood on first floor walls, screened in sun porch, easy dock with grill, and aluminum hull. Located in Cape Charles VA. Marina in a well lit corner, next to land. Dock fees including electric & water a month are required. Barge is equiped with a 200 gal. storage tank for water supply when Marina water is shut off for the winter. Survey after build is available upon request.
