This is a great unit on the shaded side of the complex. Ocean view from every bedroom. It is one floor up away from the bugs and situated to receive a nice consistent porch breeze and ocean view. This unit was outfitted with a dehumidifier right after the complete rebuild to keep everything fresh. It is tastefully outfitted with all new furnishings and everything to move right in.
