It is a very unusual house built as a sort of architectural statement piece in the 1978 (see photo of newspaper article written about the house). It is being sold "as is" likely as a cash sale. When built the finest materials were used it has a huge heart center redwood deck, pool house and recently refurbished pool. Unfortunately the unique design has allowed water damage to many of the 86 windows bottom sills. The kitchen needs a remodel and the hardwood floors could use refinishing.
