We have been blessed to be able to spend over twenty five years in this special home and neighborhood. I remember sitting in the family room when I purchased being interviewed by Sandy the previous owner. His intension was all good he wanted us to understand what comes with this neighborhood which is truly unlike any others. One of the best decisions we could have made. Imagine a beautiful swimming pool with life guards on duty. This allowed our children to swim with neighborhood friend’s everyday and only moments from home with no busy intersections to cross or us having to drive or pick up! Our kids got to walk to High School that was fantastic. We are moving closer to our grand children or would still be living here. Friars Cove has no HOA, We have an elected volunteer board which meets regularly and there is an annual fee to join Friars Cove Lodge currently at one thousand dollars yearly so worth it! I feel this neighborhood offers something for everyone from new young families to folks just looking for a great safe spot to live not far from the conveniences of being able to get out in every direction quickly from Downtown to Wisconsin highways in all directions. This is not a snooty neighborhood I found you can get as involved as you want, as I did never any pressures just an amazing neighborhood.
