Philip R. Maiorca, Esq. has been practicing law, with a focus on Real Estate and Estate Planning, for over 30 years.

Philip began his career in 1988 as a Law Clerk for a large firm in Los Angeles, California. After passing the California Bar on his first attempt, Philip accepted a staff attorney position within the Housing Division of Florida Rural Legal Services and made the move to Southwest Florida in 1990. 

With a growing interest in Commercial Real Estate, in 1994 Philip moved to Atlanta, GA where he was a legal consultant for AT&T within their Commercial Real Estate division. Philip's primary focus was handling the disposal of surplus Commercial Real Estate. 

Originally from Northeast Ohio, and wanting to be closer to family, in 1996, Philip decided to move back to his home state and open his own law practice and title agency. During its nine years in operation, Philip’s firm handled over 400 closings per year and helped many individuals and families with their Estate Planning and Probate needs. 

With an urge to escape the Northeast Ohio winters, Philip decided to head back to the sunshine state and moved his practice to Southwest Florida in 2005. Since then, Philip has been helping Brokers, Realtors, Home Buyers/Sellers, Investors, Landlords, Condo Associations, Renters and families throughout Florida with their Real Estate, Estate Planning and Probate needs.
