I am a licensed real estate broker in Washington State, Hawaii, and Arizona. I started my real estate career in 1992 after attending college. I sold real estate for several real estate brokerages before obtaining my broker's license in 1997. I then became a staffed real estate trainer for Windermere Real Estate in Washington State. In 1999, I started my own flat listing fee company and grew the company to be brokered in four states.
