This condo is down stairs unit C-108 at kihei gardens estates across the street from the beach facing lipoa st.this condo is approved for short term rental it is all set up with small signs loke check out,laundry close time this unit was being short rented when i bought it.a tennet that was renting told me he allways requests this unit because it has a front door screen and back door screen and the wind blows right through only a few units get cross wind so the air conditioner does not have to be on all the time can be much nicer to open both doors and windows curtins and enjoy watching out side people walking by on the side walk you can see them but they cant really see you.there is a rack for the keys with pool,laundry marked on key rings.also there is two gates you get the key for that lets you in to shopping center just walking distance and a gate to get in to times market parking lot.i never had to drive around looking for a parking spot allways several adavabul unless you arrive late 9pm or 10pm than there is still several spots right near the unit.the car wash is just few spaces down towards the street lapoa great water pressure very impressed.lock box hose inside rarely being used no waiting.
