What Is Houzeo’s Refund Policy?
Houzeo.com offers full refunds minus a $75 non-refundable deposit. To qualify for a refund, you must meet all these criteria:
- Your order must be less than 7 days old.
- You have not signed the listing agreement.
- Your listing is not live on the MLS.
- No draft listing has been assigned to you.
As per our refund policy, you do not get refunds for optional upgrades. This includes a yard sign, lockbox, contract assistance package, etc.
What Is Houzeo’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel your MLS listings at any time through Houzeo’s dashboard. Cancellation is free, except for Georgia MLS listings, which require a $25 fee. However, you cannot cancel if you have a pending contract with a cooperating broker’s buyer.
To reinstate a cancelled MLS listing within the term of the listing agreement, you must pay a reinstatement fee. It’s the same amount as the cost of a new listing in your state.
