Houzeo empowers you to be your own agent and make all the key decisions that determine the success of your sale: how to price your home, how much Buyer Agent Commission to offer, how to showcase your property, etc. With Houzeo, you’re not paying a full service agent for results, you’re paying a small flat fee for access to the best marketing and FSBO technology any non-agent or agent can provide.
If you are unhappy with your experience with us, we ask that you Contact Us and give us the opportunity to resolve any issue at the earliest possible moment. If you remain dissatisfied after we have tried to resolve your issues, you may request a refund less a non-refundable $50 deposit if ALL of the following 4 terms are met:
1. It has been less than 14 days since you placed your order, AND
2. You have not signed the Listing Agreement, AND
3. Your listing is not live, AND
4. You have not been assigned a draft listing
No Refunds on Optional Listing Upgrades: There are no refunds of optional Listing Upgrades like the yard sign, lockbox, ShowingTime, Contract to Close Assistance Package, etc.
After Your Property is Listed, We Guarantee That: Your broker will make every effort to enter the listing information you provided into the MLS correctly. Your property will be listed with a minimum of the one photo you provided to the agent. Any errors brought to our attention will be corrected as soon as possible. We will work closely with you to accomplish all we have promised. Finally, Houzeo will empower you with the contact details and communication tools to correct issues on some 3rd party websites – Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and Redfin.
We do Not Guarantee: We do not guarantee that your home will sell. Too many factors beyond our control affect the sale of your home. Many of these factors are determined by you including pricing, photos, and buyer agent commission offered.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your MLS listing at any time by submitting a Change Request through our website (assuming there is not a contract pending on the property involving a buyer who was procured by a cooperating broker). If your listing was placed in GAMLS, there is a termination fee of $25. Listings not placed in the GAMLS will have no termination fees or other penalties in the event that you wish to cancel your listing before the expiration date. If you wish to reinstate your cancelled MLS listing within the term of the listing agreement you may do so but there will be a reinstatement fee, and depending upon the MLS, it maybe the same amount as the cost of a new listing.
