I agree that this electronic consent constitutes my prior express written consent and has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature under all applicable federal and state laws, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as adopted by applicable states, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and its implementing regulations.
