Century Vintage is a six-story boutique condominium completed in 2008 and located on a tree-lined block straddling the Greenpoint–Williamsburg border of Brooklyn. The 31-unit building presents a deliberately aged aesthetic—new construction rendered with reclaimed-wood finishes, artisanal details and vintage-inspired fixtures—and contains a mix of one- and two-bedroom residences. Interiors commonly feature wide-plank hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryers, generous closet storage and kitchens finished with Carrera marble, deep farmhouse sinks and retro-style refrigerators. Many homes include private outdoor space ranging from Juliet balconies to sizeable terraces and some units convey deeded, covered parking spots with storage. Shared spaces reflect the same crafted approach: a welcoming foyer, landscaped interior courtyard with seating and dog run, a furnished roof deck with panoramic city views, a fitness room and bike storage. Practical building systems include an elevator, video intercom/security and an indoor garage. The location places residents a short walk from McCarren and McGolrick Parks, neighborhood restaurants, weekend farmers’ markets and the L and G subway lines, supporting both neighborhood errands and Manhattan access.
