The Waterbury Inn is a low-rise resort-style condominium complex completed in 1987 comprised primarily of two-bedroom loft and garden units. Buildings are arranged to orient many suites toward wooded grounds and a central pool courtyard; units commonly feature vaulted or cathedral ceilings, carpet or vinyl flooring, tile in wet areas, ceiling fans, and a mix of window coverings. Typical layouts include a main-level living/dining/kitchen area with a semi-private loft bedroom above; many units are furnished for short-term rental use and offer private covered patios or balconies. Shared, on-site amenities emphasize recreation and family vacationing: indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, game room, playground, picnic and grilling areas, and seasonal outdoor firepit features. The property operates with a mandatory rental management framework and on-site laundry; owner stays are limited by house rules and pets are not permitted. Located between Ephraim and Sister Bay in Chetek-area Door County, the Inn sits within easy walking distance of shops, galleries, restaurants, marinas and beaches, making it functionally a resort condo with established rental history and frequent visitor traffic.
