12920 Positano Cir

Positano Place is a low-rise, gated condominium community built in 2005 and arranged primarily as 3-story elevator buildings. Units are mostly one- and two-bedroom plans with open great-room layouts, integrated dining/work areas, and screened lanais that look over landscaped lakes and water features. Interior finishes commonly include granite countertops, raised-panel wood cabinetry, cathedral or high ceilings, walk-in closets, kitchen islands or breakfast bars, and updated stainless steel appliances in many residences. Community amenities are resort-oriented: a large heated pool and spa, a clubhouse with catering kitchen and business center, fitness center, game/billiards rooms, outdoor sports bar and community grills, tennis courts, playground and multiple lakes with fountains. Practical conveniences reported across the property include gated, patrolled entry, on-site management, elevator access to upper floors, storage, assigned/attached garage options for some units, and utilities or services bundled into HOA fees (internet, master insurance, water). The complex sits centrally in North Naples with easy access to I-75, Mercato, downtown Olde Naples and nearby beaches, offering tiled lanais and sidewalks for outdoor recreation and a pet-friendly environment for full-time residents, seasonal owners or investors.
