137-77 45Th Ave

A mid-rise 7-story cooperative built in 1974, this Flushing property primarily offers studio and small one-bedroom layouts across its modest footprint. Architectural character is utilitarian 1970s multifamily — brick façade, regular window bays, and ground-floor retail or service spaces in some units. Interiors vary by unit but commonly include eat-in or efficiency kitchens, combined living/dining areas, entrance foyers, and generous closet storage; several units feature balconies or terraces and some larger configurations present a master-downstairs or first-floor bedroom. Shared building conveniences include an elevator, on-site laundry facilities, and a resident laundromat noted in listings; parking is available in select units or as a building allocation. The co-op’s pet policy is permissive in many units, allowing cats and dogs, and subletting is commonly permitted immediately per listing notes. Maintenance and assessment structures are typical of older co-op ownership, with occasional temporary assessment fees. Sited in the heart of Flushing, the building places residents within walking distance of subway and LIRR connections, multiple bus lines, supermarkets, schools, parks, and a dense commercial corridor, supporting a transit-oriented, amenity-rich urban lifestyle.
