Seven Lakes is a low-rise condominium community in Fort Myers built in 1975 and organized around an 18‑hole executive golf course. The property consists of four‑story residential buildings containing primarily two‑bedroom units with first‑floor options and ground‑level lanais. Interiors commonly feature open floor plans, built‑in storage, laminate or tile flooring, updated kitchens and bathrooms in many units, walk‑in closets, high ceilings in select residences, and impact windows or manual hurricane shutters on lanais. Exterior amenities are extensive and community‑focused: multiple courtyards, screened lanais, outdoor grilling areas, storage lockers, sprinkler irrigation, and tennis courts and water features dispersed across the grounds. Shared facilities emphasize active adult programming and social life — six heated pools, dedicated fitness spaces, a full recreation department, on‑site dining at a clubhouse “Tee Room,” woodworking and hobby rooms, billiards, auditorium and meeting spaces, card and craft rooms, and organized trips and events. Security is reinforced by a gated entrance with 24‑hour guard presence. Parking is typically covered carport spaces with additional golf‑cart parking available. The community’s location in South Fort Myers places it within easy reach of shopping, medical services, RSW airport and Gulf beaches, supporting a socially active, convenience‑oriented Florida lifestyle.
