Broadwest Residences

Broadwest Residences is a 34-story mixed hotel-residential tower completed in 2020 that places private condominiums on the upper floors above a luxury hotel podium. The residences range from one- to three-bedroom layouts and include high-end interior details such as floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, herringbone wood and marble finishes, kitchen islands with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, motorized shades, refrigerated wine storage and bespoke closet systems. Shared residential common areas occupy an owners-only amenity level as well as a dedicated 34th-floor rooftop with a resort-style pool, outdoor terrace with grilling and fire features, fitness center with steam and sauna, golf simulator, library, private dining and lounge spaces, billiards and conference rooms. Building services are hotel-integrated: 24-hour concierge, valet parking, in-residence dining, housekeeping/laundry options and optional maid services provided through the attached Conrad Hotel. Practical features include assigned garage parking (often multiple spaces per unit), elevators, storage, smart thermostats/locks and a small owners-only pet/dog amenity area. Located in central Nashville, the tower offers immediate access to downtown restaurants, music venues and pedestrian streets while combining urban convenience with vertically stacked, amenity-forward living.
