184 Hawthorne St

184 Hawthorne is a newly built, low-rise condominium completed in 2025 comprising five stories and eight residences along a tree-lined block in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. The collection includes one- and two-bedroom floor plans and a larger duplex penthouse, each emphasizing generous natural light from oversized windows and a mix of private outdoor configurations—Juliet balconies, small balconies, and private terraces or yards. Interiors showcase contemporary kitchens with U-shaped islands and stone countertops, integrated speakers, walk-in closets in primary suites, and in-unit washers/dryers; select homes include finished lower levels and multiple bathrooms with glass-enclosed showers or soaking tubs. Common areas are intentionally minimal and community-focused, anchored by a shared rooftop deck that provides outdoor gathering space and skyline views. The building prioritizes a residential scale and privacy through limited units per floor and a restrained streetscape presence consistent with neighborhood row-house character. Storage units are available for purchase. Located a short walk from Prospect Park and multiple subway lines (Q, 2, 5, B), the property connects residents to parks, cultural institutions, and local cafés and restaurants that define Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
