1901 N Flagler Dr

Shorecrest is a 28-story waterfront condominium completed in 2028 and developed by Related Ross with architecture by Roger Ferris + Partners. The building contains roughly 100 residences ranging from one- to three-bedroom layouts, plus a small number of larger corner combinations and four-bedroom maisonette-style units. Units are arranged to maximize exposures to Palm Beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Intracoastal; selected homes feature private elevator vestibules, multiple terraces, and split-bedroom plans. Interiors emphasize timeless detailing with defined entry foyers, dual-sink primary baths, and thoughtfully planned living zones that accommodate both full-time coastal households and seasonal owners. Exterior features include a porte-cochere on Flagler Drive, rooftop pool with panoramic water and skyline views, and multiple terraces that extend living outdoors. Shared amenities are curated to support waterfront leisure and socializing. Parking and service arrangements are designed for condominium living in an urban waterfront context. The building sits on North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, offering immediate access to Palm Beach Island views, nearby dining and cultural destinations, and the walkable waterfront promenade.
