Battery Pointe is a full-service condominium completed in 1987 and rising nine stories with approximately 153 residences, primarily configured as one-bedroom homes and alcove/convertible layouts. The building’s exterior opens onto planted common grounds and a private courtyard garden; a resident roof deck offers river views and outdoor seating. Interiors commonly feature galley kitchens, formal dining areas in some units, entrance foyers, ample closets and storage, hardwood floors in renovated units, and bathrooms with bidets or renovated showers. Shared conveniences include a 24-hour doorman/concierge, live‑in superintendent, laundry rooms on each floor, a well-equipped fitness room, children’s playroom, bike room, and paid storage. Services and policies are tenant- and owner-friendly: pets are permitted, and the condominium allows sublets under an established policy. The building sits within Battery Park City — a park-rich, waterfront neighborhood with easy access to Hudson River Greenway, Brookfield Place, Westfield World Trade Center, ferries and multiple subway and PATH connections, placing everyday shopping, dining, and recreation within short walking distance.
