520 Fifth Avenue is a newly completed 80-story condominium tower in Midtown Manhattan, finished in 2025 with 97 residences across one- to three-bedroom layouts. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the exterior references classical Manhattan landmarks through a terracotta-clad façade punctuated by monumental arched window openings and terraces that step up the tower. Interiors by AD100 designer Vicky Charles combine traditional proportions and contemporary detailing: wide-plank white oak floors, custom millwork, honed quartzite counters, and fully vented chef’s kitchens with Miele and Ilve appliances. Primary bathrooms are finished in book-matched marbles, radiant heated floors, and furniture-quality vanities; many homes include walk-in closets, in-unit washer/dryers, and ceiling heights above standard levels. Common spaces emphasize resident privacy and expansive skyline exposure — a dedicated residents-only Penthouse Amenity Suite high in the building offers a solarium, lounge, library, dining room, and game room with panoramic city views. Two memberships to an on-site members club provide additional dining, fitness, and spa access at the building base. The project targets sustainability and wellness certifications including LEED Gold, WELL, and WiredScore. No large shared exterior grounds are provided; select units include private outdoor terraces of varying sizes. The building is smoke-free and includes service-oriented features expected in full-amenity Manhattan condominiums, situated steps from Bryant Park, the New York Public Library, and the Fifth Avenue corridor’s retail and transit connections.
