54 Polifly Rd

A mid-rise condominium complex in Hackensack offering primarily two-bedroom layouts and larger corner units across multiple floors. Modern-construction aesthetics and recent renovations are evident in paired open-plan living and dining areas, stone-topped kitchens, stainless-steel appliances, recessed lighting, crown molding and hardwood or engineered wood floors. Many residences include in-unit full-size washer/dryers, generous walk-in closets, private balconies with partial NYC views from upper floors, and large Pella windows that admit abundant daylight. Common areas emphasize convenience and fitness: covered or indoor parking (typically one to two assigned spaces per unit), an onsite gym with updated equipment, secure entry with elevators, and visitor parking. The building is pet friendly and allows investor ownership with immediate rental potential; it is VA approved but not consistently FHA approved. Units vary in size from roughly 1,200 to 1,600+ square feet, including some three-bedroom/den configurations adapted from spacious two-bedroom footprints. Located within easy walking distance of Essex Street NJ Transit station and bus connections to NYC, the property sits near Hackensack Meridian Health and Bergen County Courthouse, surrounded by neighborhood retail, restaurants, banks and parks. The location targets commuters and those who want services and civic centers within short walks, while offering city views and modern residential finishes.
