Missoni Baia at 700 NE 26th Terrace is a 57-story ultra-luxury waterfront residential tower in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, developed by OKO Group under Vladislav Doronin and completed in 2023. The world's first residential tower bearing the Missoni fashion brand name, the building was designed by Hani Rashid of Asymptote Architecture — who described stepping inside as 'stepping into a sculpture' — with interiors by New York designer Paris Forino and landscape architecture by Enzo Enea, the landscape designer behind multiple high-profile global projects. Positioned on 2.5 acres with 200 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage in East Edgewater, the 249 residences range from one to five bedrooms with sizes from 776 to 3,788 square feet. Each residence features flow-through east-to-west layouts, private elevators and foyers, 10-foot-plus ceilings, custom spa-inspired bathrooms, Gaggenau appliances, and 10-foot-deep bay-facing balconies. The tower's crystalline exterior draws on Missoni's signature spirit of minimalism and technical innovation, with glass walls, limestone, and bespoke Missoni color inflections throughout the common areas. Amenities across 30,000 square feet of four dedicated floors include an Olympic-sized pool, lounge pool, children's pool, cabanas, a bayfront terrace infinity-edge pool, a full-service luxury spa, a fitness center, tennis courts, a theater, pet spa, hair and nail salon, game room, and kids' club. The building is steps from the Miami Design District and Wynwood.
