701 Prospect Pl

The Residences at Prospect Place is a newly completed (2025) seven-story boutique condominium in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The building contains a mix of one- and two-bedroom residences, many designed with elevated ceiling heights, wide plank oak floors, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that emphasize natural light. Each unit includes private outdoor space—balconies or terraces of varying sizes—and interior features such as walk-in closets and high ceilings. Kitchens are specified with honed quartz counters, custom walnut-veneer cabinetry, and a suite of premium appliances from manufacturers like Bosch, Bertazzoni, and Fisher & Paykel. Bathrooms use large-format porcelain tile, bespoke vanities, and premium fixtures. Shared building amenities center on outdoor living and convenience: a common rooftop terrace with views and two purchasable private rooftop cabanas, plus private garage parking options. Mechanical comforts include central heating and cooling and in-unit washer/dryer towers. Location-oriented advantages include immediate proximity to Franklin Avenue’s dining and retail corridor and short walks to cultural destinations such as Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and the Brooklyn Museum. The condo is marketed with developer incentives on offer and operates as a small-scale, design-forward property aimed at buyers seeking turnkey, light-filled city homes with meaningful outdoor space.
