Chateau Dijon is a low-rise, two-story condominium complex built in 1966 and set within the Alamo Heights/Lincoln Heights area of San Antonio. The collection of primarily three-bedroom residences reflects mid‑1960s plan organization with bright living/dining rooms, eat-in or island kitchens, and numerous built-in storage solutions including walk-in closets and pantry cabinetry. Units vary between ground-floor patios and second-floor balconies, some with skylights or large windows that enhance natural light. The community infrastructure emphasizes outdoor recreation and convenience: landscaped courtyards, two swimming pools, tennis courts, a fenced dog run, and onsite laundry facilities. Parking is assigned and often covered, with many units offering parking immediately adjacent to the entry. The gated property is managed by an HOA and includes security patrols; many homes show incremental modern updates—granite or quartz counters, stainless appliances, travertine or new flooring, and renovated baths—while others retain original finishes for buyers seeking a renovation project. Location is a notable asset, with immediate access to Lincoln Heights shopping and groceries, easy connections to Routes 410 and 281, plus proximity to The Quarry and central downtown amenities, creating a suburban-feel complex with strong neighborhood walkability and commuter convenience.
