835 Meridian Ave

A low-rise coastal condominium complex constructed in 1965, the property spans two stories and contains primarily studio and one-bedroom residences. The architecture reflects midcentury modest apartment design with simple massing, exterior awnings and porches, and many units featuring private balconies or wraparound terraces. Interiors are compact and efficiently planned: first- and second-floor entries lead into living/dining areas, kitchens are straightforward and occasionally updated, and closets — including walk-in and California-style organizers in some units — optimize storage in smaller footprints. Common features include a mix of courtyard-facing and corner units that benefit from cross-ventilation and abundant windows; several listings reference washer/dryer hook-ups in-unit. Building services are minimal but maintenance appears consistent, with a small number of parking spaces offered off-street on a first-come, first-served basis and unassigned parking passes in some cases. Landscaping includes mature street trees that frame the property and create shaded outdoor views. Located on Meridian Avenue in the heart of South Beach, the building sits within easy walking distance of the ocean, Lincoln Road, Washington Avenue, restaurants, galleries and retail, making it suited to a pedestrian-oriented, beach-centric lifestyle.
