Metropolis

Metropolis is a 42-story residential high-rise completed in 2017 in Downtown Los Angeles’ South Park neighborhood. Designed by Gensler, the twin-tower complex blends contemporary glass façades with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize light and skyline views. Residences include studios, one- and two-bedroom plans with open layouts, high ceilings, oak plank flooring, chef-caliber kitchens, quartz/stone counters, walk-in closets and options such as private balconies, loft-like volumes and multiple primary suites in select homes. The project’s interior environment emphasizes modern finishes and practical conveniences—integrated Miele appliances, in-unit washers/dryers, recessed lighting and storage solutions appear across listings.
