A&P Lofts is a converted 1920 industrial bakery turned midrise loft condominium in Reynoldstown, Atlanta. The building preserves early-20th-century character—exposed brick, concrete mushroom columns and original red-brick floors—while offering a mix of renovated one- and two-bedroom loft units with 9–16-foot ceilings and large banks of windows. Interiors commonly include open floor plans, kitchen islands or breakfast bars, walk-in closets, double vanities, tile baths, and utility/laundry rooms; select units have private covered patios. Shared spaces emphasize both social and active lifestyles: a rooftop observation deck with grilling and covered seating, a furnished community room with game tables and business center, a fitness facility, gated bike storage, and a fenced dog run. Ownership conveys access to secured gated parking (deeded/assigned spaces plus visitor parking) and elevator service. The property is listed on the Georgia Register of Historic Places and participates in the Landmark Historic Tax Abatement program. Located directly on the Atlanta BeltLine, the building puts restaurants, groceries, parks, Krog Market and transit connections within easy walking distance, blending historic loft character with urban convenience.
