Completed in 2026, MetroWest Square is a low- to mid-rise condominium development in Fairfax offering one-level elevator flats in one- to three-bedroom layouts. Units are configured as open floor plans with combination kitchen/dining or kitchen/living arrangements, island kitchens, upgraded countertops, pantries, recessed lighting and in-unit laundry; many plans include dens, multiple walk-in closets and primary suites with dual vanities. Several residences provide corner exposure, dual-aspect windows or private balconies/patios facing a landscaped community courtyard. Common building features include secured elevator access, controlled entry, sprinkler protection and assigned parking in an underground garage with optional storage rooms. Exterior improvements emphasize pedestrian infrastructure with sidewalks, street lighting and exterior lighting across the site. Shared amenities across the MetroWest community include an outdoor pool, fitness center and courtyards that support casual outdoor living and socializing. The property sits within a walkable Fairfax neighborhood near the Fairfax/Vienna Metro and I-66, adjacent to local parks, retail and dining, creating convenient access for commuting, errands and recreation. Pet and specific HOA policies vary by unit; prospective buyers are directed to the sales center for current rules and parking assignments.
