116 Leona Ranch Rd, Brackettville, TX 78832

Description

Selling 21.51 acres of hunting land in Kinney county Texas with lots of Rio Grande turkeys, white tailed deer, quail, and periodic exotics such as free range Axis, audad and tons of hogs. There's about 1,584 feet of private road frontage, and the back of the property is about 100 feet higher than the front along the road frontage. There's no cabin but old makeshift tin quonset hut type structure that's no longer in the best shape built years ago by the original owners we bought it from. There are several old blinds in need of repair...two are still usable but you'll need to add feeders. Make the place yours and set up a cabin and perhaps drill a well for a secluded hunting hideaway. Also, apply for wildlife exemption to lower tax payments. Just 21 miles north of Brackettville, and 15 miles south of Kickapoo Caverns state Park near the Kinney/Edwards county line. We will send coordinates you buyers agents and schedule 2 to 3 showings over the next few weeks. But it's a beautiful place that's great for hunting.
