15169 Bellaire St, Baraga, MI 49908

Description

This dynamic 40-acre parcel would make an incredible hunting or recreational property, or great build site. It is heavily forested in places, with red and white pine, spruce, birch, poplar and hemlock. The back is open, including an old beaver pond and some old growth pine. It is a wildlife haven, with plenty of deer, grouse, and waterfowl. A small gravel drive invites one into a semi-open area that would make a great building site. There is a newer shed (8 x 10) on the property. There are some mature apple trees scattered throughout the property. In the last 3 years over 150 saplings have been planted throughout the property. While only 6 miles from Baraga and 30 to 35 from Houghton, the property offers exceptional privacy, offering an off the grid experience, while still fronting on a paved, plowed road. There is electricity and phone access available at the road.
