Far enough out that the road noise quits and the stars come back, and State Highway 289 still puts Celina, Prosper and Frisco about 35 minutes down the road.

Land like this turns over and then it is gone again for a while. Whoever gets it is not buying a lot. They are taking over the legacy of the keeping of it.
