40+/- Ac Horse Crk Acres, Augusta, WI 54729

Description

40 acres of timbered recreational land with a layout that lends itself perfectly to creating a Western Wisconsin hunting camp. Horse Creek Road crosses the southern portion of the property, where higher ground offers a potential location for camp while providing separation from the larger northern portion of the acreage that could remain dedicated to hunting and wildlife. Situated between the South Fork of the Eau Claire River and Horse Creek, this tract benefits from nearby year-round water and the varied terrain created by the surrounding creek and river corridors. Elevation changes, draws and natural terrain features provide potential travel corridors and stand locations throughout the timber. The location allows a buyer to establish a base camp on the south side of Horse Creek Road while keeping activity away from the northern hunting ground?a great setup for weekend trips & deer season. Deer, black bear and turkey are found throughout the area, along with ruffed grouse & woodcock
