Description

Looking for a hunting property that's ready to enjoy from day one, with plenty of opportunity to make it your own? This property offers an excellent hunting setup with strategic trails, established and developing food plots, natural screening, and deer sign throughout! The front field features a lush, green clover plot that's seeing heavy browsing from deer, with sign scattered throughout the property. Miscanthus screening helps conceal entry and exit routes, while the thoughtful layout provides excellent access from the east during predominant west winds, allowing hunters to approach their locations while minimizing disturbance. A large clearing at the top center of the property has been opened up for an additional food plot, adding to the property's hunting potential. Clover is growing on the right side, while the left side has been treated and planted with rye. Mature pine and cedar provide valuable cover, and several apple trees offer additional food sources for wildlife.
