Prewitt Rd, Shaw, MS 38773

Description

41.22± acres in Shaw, MS with deeded access off Prewitt Road. Tracts this size in this area do not come up often, and this one has the possibility of being a great duck and deer hunting tract. In the middle of the property is a large slough, roughly 15 acres of it, full of willows with some cypress mixed in. With a little rain it fills up from the runoff of the surrounding ag fields, and with a little work it could be an affordable duck hunting spot. The remaining acreage that is not part of the slough is large hardwood timber that has never been touched, very similar to some of the untouched hardwood in Mississippi's national forests. The land is surrounded by large ag fields and CRP tracts, so with a little work this place has the potential to be a great deer and duck hunting tract in the heart of the MS Delta.
