Brian Long started his inspection career in 2012 with a property developer in Cincinnati. Brian was responsible for maintaining multi-family buildings, managing rehabs for apartments, building vendor relationships, and getting buildings ready for sale. As Brian was exploring additional training for his maintenance team, he began challenging himself to sharpen his own skillsets. Brian signed up with Hondros College to get his Ohio Home Inspector's License. Right away, Brian started putting the new tools to work, using thermal imaging and drones for inspections to help his team identify issues with buildings. In 2022 Brian made the difficult decision to leave a team he loved in order to start Workflow Home Inspections. Brian's systematic approach will ensure you have the tools to help make your home-buying decision or prioritize needed repairs to your current home.
