Unique Property Inspections was started on January 1st, 2006. Our founder, Fernando Hurtado was originally a mortgage broker. He wanted to better help his clients by becoming a one-stop service provider, so he began to pursue home inspection.
After 2008, he decided to focus solely on home inspection to best serve his clients. Fernando's interest in his clients and their knowledge of the home-buying process lead him to begin teaching first-time home buying seminars in 2012. He also extended that teaching to realtors, because he believes that educating your clients and fellow professionals is the best way to help out the community and the industry as a whole.
As of 2022, we currently have 5 inspectors on our team and one office manager who have perfomred over 18,000 inspections. We continue to educate both ourselves and our community.
