I’m a Certified and Licensed Home Inspector in the state of Alabama who services Baldwin and Mobile County areas. Since 2018, I’ve been helping my clients buy and sell whether it's a new build or a few years old to over 100 year old homes. We network with real estate agents/firms, mortgage companies, bankers and of course YOU. We are hired to perform commercial inspections as well as draw and phase inspections. We can perform air quality test (additional fee) if fungi is suspected or asbestos. The fee quoted for these tests includes the report, overnight charges and any additional supplies used for the testing. The home inspections are quoted when you call. We use age, square feet (under roof not just heated and cooled areas) and foundation type. The older the home the more time it takes to inspect. Our policy is to have the report to you within 24 hours but we usually have it to you the same day of the inspection!
