1122 Lafayette Ave

1122–1126 Lafayette Avenue is a recently completed (2020) low-rise condominium composed of two adjacent five-story buildings that together contain 18 homes. Unit mix emphasizes one- and two-bedroom layouts, including several duplexes and a single studio duplex, all arranged to prioritize indoor-outdoor living. Residences feature high ceilings, wide-plank European oak floors, floor-to-ceiling and double-glazed Pella windows, ductless heating and cooling, and in-unit washer/dryer hookups. Kitchens are finished with German Leicht cabinetry, quartz countertops, single-slab porcelain backsplashes, and stainless-steel appliances with Bosch dishwashers; bathrooms offer soaking tubs or glass-enclosed showers, Duravit fixtures and custom tile. The project’s distinctive amenity strategy is its abundance of private outdoor space: 26 private terraces, balconies, patios or roof decks across 18 units, plus a landscaped common garden and a shared roof deck. Additional building features include video intercom, bike storage and a package receiving area. The architecture and interiors favor clean modern lines and generous fenestration to maximize natural light. Located in Bushwick near the J/M/Z transit corridors and neighborhood restaurants and cafés, the development positions itself as boutique, design-forward condominium living with incentives targeted at first-time and qualifying buyers.
