130 East End Avenue is a 16-story prewar cooperative completed in 1929 and designed by Emery Roth. Common areas and services reflect white-glove staffing: a 24-hour attended lobby/doorman, live-in superintendent, on-site laundry room, bike room and basement storage. The building’s pet-friendly policies allow pieds-à-terre and require board approval for pets.
