144 Vanderbilt is an eight-story boutique condominium completed in 2024 and located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Designed by SO-IL, the building presents a precast silhouette in a distinctive pink tone with staggered terraces and a mix of two- and three-bedroom homes plus a small collection of larger duplex and townhouse units.
