1671 Mission Hls Rd

Mission Hills is a midrise condominium complex in Northbrook built in 1976 and organized around low-rise five-story buildings set within landscaped grounds. Units are primarily two- and three-bedroom condominiums with layouts that include formal foyers, separate dining rooms, eat-in kitchens, and living rooms often anchored by gas fireplaces. Many residences feature in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, built-in storage, granite or quartz counters, and private balconies or terraces. Common building features include elevator access, secured gated entry with 24-hour security, an attended lobby, underground heated parking with assigned/tandem spaces and individual storage lockers. The community emphasizes shared recreational facilities: multiple heated outdoor pools, tennis courts, golf-course frontage or pond views in many locations, and a clubhouse with social spaces; onsite maintenance and low monthly assessments typically cover heat, water, gas, cable and exterior upkeep. Interiors show a mix of original and renovated finishes — hardwood floors, updated baths and kitchens are common — while the complex’s planned circulation uses wide hallways and flexicore construction for durability. Pet rules and guest policies vary by unit/association; proximity to local schools and pedestrian pathways complements a suburban, country-club lifestyle.
