Parker West is a 21-story residential condominium completed in 2021 on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The mid-rise houses a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, many arranged as floor-through layouts with multiple exposures and frequent Hudson River views. Residences feature high ceilings (up to about 9'5" in some homes), oversized insulated casement windows, custom stained 7" European oak plank floors, central HVAC, in-unit Bosch washer/dryers and premium kitchens clad in Italian oak millwork with honed marble counters and fully integrated Miele and Bertazzoni appliances. Bathroom finishes include honed marble and terrazzo surfaces, Waterworks fixtures, glass-enclosed showers, radiant floor heating in primary baths and custom vanities with illuminated medicine cabinets. Several larger homes offer direct (private) elevator access and private terraces. Common amenities are intentionally scaled: a roof terrace with barbecue, a second-floor fitness room, an outdoor playscape and bicycle storage; the building is staffed by a part-time doorperson. Exterior features emphasize river and park proximity rather than a sprawling campus — Parker West sits a short walk from both Central Park and Riverside Park and near Lincoln Center, neighborhood groceries and multiple subway lines, positioning it within a culturally rich, well-served urban neighborhood. Pet policy and parking are not specified in the offering materials provided.
