The Wilbraham is an eight- to nine-story, landmarked prewar co-op constructed in 1890 and anchored in the NoMad/Flatiron corridor of Manhattan. Executed in Romanesque Revival vocabulary, the façade combines rock-faced brick, Belleville brownstone, carved stone ornament and a verdigris copper mansard roof; interior circulation includes an iconic cast-iron staircase and an elevator.
