Parkview is a low-rise condominium community in Taylors, South Carolina, built in 1984 and composed primarily of two-bedroom units arranged across ground- and second-floor walks. The buildings follow a modest, suburban multifamily vernacular with covered and enclosed balconies, landscaped grounds, and mature hardwoods and crepe myrtles that define communal outdoor space. Interiors typically feature split bedroom plans, open living/dining areas, walk-in closets in the primary suite, dual-sink vanities and soaking or jetted tubs in primary baths, and practical kitchens with pantry or breakfast niches. Ceilings are generally smooth and sometimes taller than average; many units show traditional trim details such as chair rail, crown molding, and wainscoting. On-site conveniences include assigned parking with additional visitor spaces, in-unit laundry in many homes, and storage closets off balconies. The homeowners association manages exterior maintenance, landscaping, sidewalks and a community pool with adjacent seating and a gazebo, creating low-maintenance ownership. Located near Haywood Road and major highways (I-385/I-85), Parkview sits within an established neighborhood close to shopping, dining, recreation (including the nearby Pavilion) and well-regarded local schools, offering a suburban-residential lifestyle with quick access to downtown Greenville.
