717 Grand St

717 Grand is a newly completed, low-rise condominium in Williamsburg finished in 2026. The eight-story boutique building contains twenty-three residences in one- through three-bedroom configurations, several of which are larger garden- and terrace-type homes including a penthouse with wrap-around outdoor space. Architect Issac & Stern and interior designer Alchemy Studio shaped a restrained contemporary aesthetic: warm, natural materials such as wide-plank white oak floors and custom white oak cabinetry are used throughout, paired with Taj Mahal and Fine Onyx quartz countertops and integrated appliance suites. Many units include private outdoor spaces of varying sizes, blasted open to capture neighborhood and skyline views. Shared spaces focus on everyday comfort and social use, with a fitness center (including two infrared saunas), a residents’ lounge that faces a landscaped garden, and a planted roof deck with barbecue stations and dining/lounge areas. Operational conveniences include bike storage, private storage available to purchase, a secure package room, Carson virtual doorman service, and on-site porter and handyman help; Wi-Fi is provided in amenity areas. There is no explicit long-term parking noted. Located near the L and G trains, bus lines and the waterfront, the building sits within a lively mix of restaurants, cafes, galleries and independent shops, offering both the neighborhood energy of Williamsburg and quick transit access to Manhattan.
