Aliya is a newly completed (2026) six-story boutique condominium in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, composed primarily of one- and two-bedroom residences. The midrise structure reads as a contemporary elevator building with private-entry options and layered outdoor spaces including Juliet balconies, small private terraces under 60 sq ft, and a shared roof deck. Interiors emphasize light and craftsmanship: floor-to-ceiling double-paned European aluminum windows, engineered seven-inch white oak flooring with acoustic underlayer, eat-in kitchens with high-end finishes, and in-unit laundry. Unit plans range from straightforward one-bedrooms with dedicated home office niches to duplex or triplex penthouse layouts that expand private outdoor area and rooftop access. Common areas are curated for both social and work-from-home lifestyles: a staffed lobby-like entry sequence, an inviting residents’ lounge, and a dedicated coworking space adjacent to the roof terrace. Practical conveniences include private storage, video intercoms, pre-wired internet and cable, and ducted heating/cooling. The building’s modest scale and amenity mix position it as a boutique, amenity-forward alternative to larger towers within a highly walkable, transit-rich Williamsburg neighborhood near McCarren Park and multiple dining and entertainment hubs.
