A low-rise condominium complex in Davie constructed in 1972, the community spans four stories and is composed primarily of two-bedroom floor plans. The architecture is typical of suburban South Florida developments from the era: low-profile blocks with exterior corridors, screened or enclosed patios and modestly scaled balconies. Interiors commonly feature eat-in kitchens, walk-in closets, bathtubs or soaking tubs, split-bedroom layouts and a mix of original and updated finishes in renovated units. Shared facilities center on casual recreation and social programming — a clubhouse with kitchen facilities, a heated pool and spa, sauna, and outdoor barbecue and picnic areas with tiki hut seating. Grounds include tennis courts, enclosed porches, fenced outdoor living spaces and on-site laundry. Building systems reflect staged capital improvements: recent exterior painting and resurfaced tennis courts are noted, while individual units show a range of maintenance from original condition to full cosmetic remodels. Parking is surface-level with guest spaces; some listings mention reserved spots. The association provides typical condo services including water and common-area upkeep, and enforces leasing and credit requirements. The site is positioned near universities, shopping centers, major highways and an adjacent golf course, offering a neighborhood that blends student, commuter and suburban lifestyles.
