907 Curtiss St

A mid-rise, five-story condominium built in 1974, this elevator-served complex is configured primarily with two-bedroom residences and several units offering two full bathrooms. Architecturally straightforward, the structure emphasizes practical layouts rather than ornate detailing. Interior finishes commonly include granite or quartz counters, walk-in closets in primary suites, and flexible storage spaces; some homes feature updated kitchens and newer appliances. Shared building features focus on resident convenience and social life: an indoor heated pool, sauna, party/meeting room, exercise room, coin laundry, and dedicated storage lockers. Many units include private exterior balconies with tree- and downtown-facing views. Parking inventory varies by unit and may include assigned outdoor stalls and a limited number of indoor heated garage spaces. The property historically permits rentals and small pets, and maintenance services cover common-area upkeep. Located in downtown Downers Grove within easy walking distance of the Metra station, shops, restaurants, library, and community events, the building caters to residents seeking compact, downtown living with a robust set of amenities and short commutes to transit.
