9430 Live Oak Pl

A low-rise condominium complex built in 1974 with four stories and mostly one-bedroom floor plans set among mature landscaping and wooded preserves. Architecture is vernacular mid-1970s Florida multifamily: low-slung buildings with screened patios and balconies, exterior walkways, and covered entry points. Interiors commonly feature tile and laminate flooring, updated kitchens with granite or laminate counters, laid-out living/dining rooms, walk-in closets or custom closet fittings, and smaller stacked laundry or washer/dryer combos in-unit. Community common areas include multiple pools, a clubhouse with dining and a bar, fitness facilities, tennis courts, barbecue and patio areas, and walking/running trails that connect to green space and a golf course. Parking is surface-level and near building entries; elevators serve upper floors in some buildings. The association provides bundled utilities and services—cable, internet, water and some insurance—and includes country club membership and on-site dining for residents. Pet rules are permissive but size-limited; leasing is generally allowed with association restrictions. Located in central Davie, the community sits close to colleges, shopping, restaurants and major highways, offering a suburban, recreation-focused lifestyle with easy commuter access.
